Lisa Kirshon offers training in Taiji and Qigong, as well as offering wellness and prevention workshops. In addition, Lisa is available as a motivational speaker and lecturer for health and medical professionals, public schools, civic groups, senior centers, and other interested organizations.

Motivational Speaking
As a motivational speaker and lecturer for health and medical professionals, public schools, civic groups, senior centers, and surrounding communities, Lisa educates people on the mind body connection by helping people understand the theory of yin and yang, five-element theory and the Chinese classics for suggested reading.  These philosophies are then applied by moving the body skillfully, while training the mind to stay focused in the body.  Very skillful indeed!  Integrating your self-care piece with western medicine and practicing diligently, you can have increased health and longevity!Contact Lisa to discuss a speaking engagement.

Medical Qigong Therapy
Lisa has been a practitioner of Tui Na, (Chinese therapeutic massage) and a licensed massage therapist since 1990. Her bodywork has an energetic quality, using finger pressure to certain acupuncture points to relieve stagnation and also using the palm to lead the chi to its origin. Magnetic hammer therapy is also used as a tool for unblocking stagnant chi. These healing techniques can be taught to anyone for the purpose of healing. Contact Lisa to learn more.
